With a group of up to 20 people, your trainer will lead you through 6 stations of varying routines while providing individual attention as needed. The object of this workout is not to rest for long in between exercises.
We switch up routines on a daily basis, because your body quickly adapts. Your trainer may choose to focus on legs one day and abs the next, but you will work just about every muscle group within a 45-minute session.
You’ll see that with just a few minutes at each station will burn out the targeted muscle group as well as increase your heart rate to a fat and sugar burning zone – up 1200 calories in one session! The calories don’t stop burning after cool-down either. With the “afterburn effect” — or more officially known as “excess post-exercise oxygen consumption” – you continue to burn calories long after your session.
