WHAT TO EXPECT
- Upon speaking to one of our reps over the phone, a personal trainer specific to your goals and schedule will be appointed to you.
- Your first complimentary session will primarily consist of answering your questions, discussing your goals, challenges, overall health and a ‘before’ photo.
- Based on your health and fitness level, your trainer will deliver a plan that will include a workout summary, suggested amount of sessions and program cost.
- Keep in mind – Your routines will change and increase in difficulty over the length of your commitment plan. It won’t be easy, but it will be worth it!
