WHAT TO EXPECT

  1. Upon speaking to one of our reps over the phone, a personal trainer specific to your goals and schedule will be appointed to you.
  2. Your first complimentary session will primarily consist of answering your questions, discussing your goals, challenges, overall health and a ‘before’ photo.
  3. Based on your health and fitness level, your trainer will deliver a plan that will include a workout summary, suggested amount of sessions and program cost.
  4. Keep in mind – Your routines will change and increase in difficulty over the length of your commitment plan. It won’t be easy, but it will be worth it!
