To participate, members must agree to these terms, which become part of the Golightly Fit Terms & Conditions.
How to Earn Credits
Golightly Fit members can earn 10% off of their membership per friend referred (“Credit”) if: (i) a referred friend joins Golightly Fit (a “Qualifying Membership”).
Qualifying Membership
A Qualifying Membership is a Starter, Premium or Ultimate group training membership or any Personal Training program.
Redemption
The 10% discount will be added based on the number of referrals that the referrer accrues. For example, if Client A convinces three friends to purchase a pricing option set up with a 10% per-referral discount, then Client A will receive 30% off his autopay.
The referring client will only receive the discount if those referrals hold active membership pricing options.
A referrer could never bring in enough referred friends to actually earn money from your business.
The current member will not have the ability to decide when to use the Credit within one year from the date they are issued. After one year, the credit will expire. Credits may not be combined with additional coupons. Credits may not transferred or exchanged for any cash or money. Credits are not transferable.
Referred Friends
Referred friends must be new to Golightly Fit or have not participated in any program in 1-year. Referred friends are eligible to receive a Credit as a member immediately.
Multiple Referrals
A current member may earn up to 10 credits.
Severability
If any provision in these terms are held to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, such provision (or the part of it that is making it invalid, void or unenforceable) will be struck and not affect the validity of and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
Termination and Change
Golightly Fit may suspend or terminate the Referral Program or a user’s ability to participate in the Referral Program at any time for any reason. Requirements and incentives may also change at any time.
Credits earned as a result of fraudulent activities are null and void. We reserve the right to suspend accounts or remove referrals if we notice any activity that we believe is abusive or fraudulent. We reserve the right to review and investigate all referral activities and to suspend accounts or cancel or modify referrals as we deem fair and appropriate. Non-fraudulent accrued Credits are not affected by suspension or termination of the Referral Program or a user’s participation.
Updates to the Terms
We can update these terms at any time without prior notice. If we modify these terms, we will post the modification on the Golightly Fit blog and other social media platforms, which are effective upon posting. Continued participation in the Referral Program after any modification shall constitute consent to such modification. If the modified terms are not acceptable, the only recourse is to stop sending referrals or participating in the Referrals Program.
