Job Responsibilities:

  • Bring out your inner bieast to provide a safe and FUN environment for personal training clients and group training clients.
  • Demonstrate how to carry out various exercises and routines and occasionally curate circuits
  • Watch clients do exercises and show or tell them correct techniques to minimize injury and improve fitness
  • Give alternative exercises during workouts or classes for different levels of fitness and skill
  • Monitor clients’ progress and adapt programs as needed
  • Knowledgeable in techniques and dynamics of Group Fitness.
  • Knowledge in a variety of Group Fitness classes including but not limited to the following: kickboxing, circuit, kettle bells and cardio
  • Provides excellent customer service by promptly responding to member needs and concerns
  • Develops positive relationships with class participants by teaching a variety of challenging and entertaining group fitness classes
  • Attentively listens to members, answers questions, and engages in conversation before and after classes
  • Manages playlist ensuring it is upbeat, motivational and appropriate language
  • Cleans and organizes studio after each group training class

Job Skills & Qualifications:

  • Current accredited Personal Training certification, required
  • Certificate in CPR/AED and First Aid, preferred
  • Driver’s License, preferred

Experience:

  • 1 year, preferred

Salary: $15/hr – 20/hr (based on experience)
