Job Responsibilities:
- Bring out your inner bieast to provide a safe and FUN environment for personal training clients and group training clients.
- Demonstrate how to carry out various exercises and routines and occasionally curate circuits
- Watch clients do exercises and show or tell them correct techniques to minimize injury and improve fitness
- Give alternative exercises during workouts or classes for different levels of fitness and skill
- Monitor clients’ progress and adapt programs as needed
- Knowledgeable in techniques and dynamics of Group Fitness.
- Knowledge in a variety of Group Fitness classes including but not limited to the following: kickboxing, circuit, kettle bells and cardio
- Provides excellent customer service by promptly responding to member needs and concerns
- Develops positive relationships with class participants by teaching a variety of challenging and entertaining group fitness classes
- Attentively listens to members, answers questions, and engages in conversation before and after classes
- Manages playlist ensuring it is upbeat, motivational and appropriate language
- Cleans and organizes studio after each group training class
Job Skills & Qualifications:
- Current accredited Personal Training certification, required
- Certificate in CPR/AED and First Aid, preferred
- Driver’s License, preferred
Experience:
- 1 year, preferred
Salary: $15/hr – 20/hr (based on experience)
