All products and services of Golightly Fit, LLC are subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable agreements governing their use. Please read the terms and conditions associated with any product or service you are purchasing. In the event of any conflict, the terms provided in the pages of this site will govern. The information, material, and content provided in the pages of this site may be changed at any time without notice. Changes may be made to the terms and conditions at any time without notice by updating this posting. By agreeing with these purchase policies you hereby agree to review the terms and conditions regularly. Your continued access or use of this site and/or studio will mean that you agree to any changes that may occur.

GROUP TRAINING

RESERVATIONS

Classes can be reserved up to three weeks in advance. Cancellations will be accepted up to 2 hours prior to a class with no penalty.

WAIT LIST

We highly recommend that you reserve your class online!  If the class is full, you can opt to be put on the waiting list.  We accept up to 5 people on the list.  If a spot becomes available, you will automatically be put in the class.  You will receive a confirmation e-mail and will become subject to the cancellation policy, so be sure to check your e-mail often. Please arrive and sign-in 15 minutes prior to your class start time! Empty spots will be released to the waitlist at the start of class and you will be charged for the class. Wait list names are accepted up to 10 min prior to class.

CLASS CANCELLATION

All class cancellations must be done in your online account. If you reserve a class and do not cancel within 2 hours of the class time your account will be charged for the class if you don’t show up.

WALK IN

You are always welcome without a reservation. You may join the class on a space available basis.  Even if the class is fully reserved, empty spots will be released to walk-in customers at the start of class.

Late Cancel/No Show charge is $15

MEMBERSHIP

Golightly Fit does not have long-term contracts with its members. Membership runs on a month-to-month basis with automatic monthly withdrawal of membership dues. Memberships are not based on facility usage, so monthly membership dues will be withdrawn whether or not members use the facility.

Golightly Fit has a strict 30-day cancellation policy. This means that you will be billed for one more month of membership after you complete the cancellation form. Your membership remains valid during this time and you are permitted to attend sessions allowed in your agreement. Keep in mind, members that return after a previous cancellation are subject to an increase in initiation and/or membership fees.

If you plan to return, you may suspend your memberships for an indefinite amount of time for a fee of $10 per month. If your next billing date is within 7 days, the freeze is effective for the following month’s billing. When you decide to “unfreeze” your membership, you will be charged a pro-rated amount of your regular dues for that month. This is a great way to keep your membership in place at a reduced cost.

To cancel or suspend your membership, you need to complete a cancellation form.

PURCHASES

A 3% non-refundable credit card processing fee may be added to your purchase. Golightly Fit is not responsible for any fees, charges, exchange rates, or additional charges levied by individual financial institutions or credit card companies. All prices indicated are in US Dollars and do not include sales tax. Golightly Fit only accepts credit/debit cards. We do not accept cash, app (such as Venmo or Cash), or check payments.

Golightly Fit, LLC does NOT offer refunds on any Drop-Ins, Memberships, or merchandise.
